First, ZD-715 seat belt overall dynamic load, static load testing machine

6. The role of the flat lifting belt in the accessories is the secondary protection of the seat belt. When the test belt is not qualified, the flat lifting belt can only receive three impacts. When testing again, the flat lifting belt must be replaced.

7. In the course of all tests, as long as the simulated person leaves the bottom surface, the tester must be 3m or more away from the rack during the process of lifting or releasing. Prevent falling accidental injuries caused by falling objects. One minute after the test is completed, the person can enter the interior of the frame to handle follow-up matters.

9 , the instrument power supply for single-phase AC power, must have a reliable grounding line.

10. Be sure to equip the UPS uninterruptible power supply that matches the instrument (otherwise, if the power supply is unstable, the simulating person will fall!). In the event of an emergency power outage, quickly turn the selector switch to “keep it closed”. Status, then turn off the power of the instrument. When the power supply is normal, the simulated person is lowered, and the selector switch is turned to the "test state" and the test is resumed.

Third, the belt tension machine

1. The meter on the instrument has two display windows. The first window displays the sensor force value, the unit is N ; the second window displays the countdown time, and the unit is second.

2. Before the test, please warm up for 15 minutes.

3. When the instrument is running, do not place the head, hands, etc. near the chuck and moving parts to avoid injury.
