This technology can increase the efficiency of ammonia evaporation, stabilize production, reduce production energy consumption, and improve the operating environment.

Thermal oil is an organic carrier. It has good fluidity, high temperature resistance, good thermal stability, strong oxidation resistance, large thermal conductivity, non-toxic, tasteless and non-corrosive. The use of thermal oil instead of steam as the ammonia heat source solves the problem of high energy consumption of steamed ammonia and overcomes the impact of steam stress in winter on production. At the same time, as the new steam-evaporation process eliminates direct steam, it can reduce the amount of sewage produced by 9 tons/hour, and annual reduction of wastewater is 78,800 tons.

In addition, the heat conducting oil station not only provides heat source for steaming ammonia station after putting into operation, but also provides heat source for desulfurization station and ammonium sulfate station, and provides 1/3 of the total heat for steaming ammonia station.
