Chapter I General Provisions 1.0.1 In order to strengthen the industrial management of landscaping technical work, and make the management of landscaping technology go on the track of standardization, scientification, and legalization, this regulation is formulated.
1.0.2 This regulation stipulates the technical requirements, operating procedures, maintenance and other methods of greening and spraying vehicles (abbreviated as sprayer above).
1.0.3 This regulation is applicable to spray sprinklers used in urban landscaping.
Chapter 2 Terms and Reference Standards 2.0.1 Greening and Spraying Vehicles: Vehicles that prevent and control urban street trees, garden plant diseases and insect pests, and garden irrigation, and can also be used as road sprinkler and flusher, and environmental dust collection and detoxification.

Chapter 3 Technical Requirements 3.0.1 The sprayer vehicle is modified with a stereotyped automobile chassis or other special chassis. The external dimensions, load, position of the center of gravity, brake and steering of the vehicle, etc. shall all comply with the relevant standards.
3.0.2 The installation of all parts shall be correct, complete and reliable, and the assembly quality shall comply with the general technical conditions for the construction of JG/T5011.11-92 construction machinery and equipment.
3.0.3 The cover shall be flat and its edges shall not be markedly wrinkled. The cover shall be securely mounted, reliable and non-skew.
3.0.4 When the spray truck is driven under the working pressure, the operator's ear noise is: the hydraulic spray sprayer is not more than 87dB (A); the wind-feed hydraulic sprayer is not more than 90dB (A).
3.0.5 Spray effect: Under the specified working conditions, when spray spraying on different trees, the ends of the liquid flow can be formed into a mist. The coverage rate of the hydraulic spray liquid is greater than 50%. Liquid coverage is greater than 60%.
3.0.6 Watering effect: When spraying water on concrete or asphalt pavement, the humidity is within the allowable spray width.
3.0.7 Rinse effect: When flushing on concrete or asphalt pavement, it should be able to flush the general silt on the road, if the skin, paper scraps, leaves, etc., reach a distance of 4-6 m away from the flushing nozzle.
3.0.8 Overflow of the drug pump should have anti-corrosion properties in the medium. The outlet pressure of the pump should not be less than the rated outlet pressure. Test pressure for 30 seconds under water pressure at twice the maximum pressure should be no abnormality.
3.0.9 The injection part shall be able to bear the maximum pressure of 1.5 times, and no leakage shall occur within 30 seconds of the sealing performance test. Injection parts should be equipped with a cut-off device (valve). No leakage is allowed during the shutdown.

3.0.11 The agitator of the sprinkler shall be capable of maintaining a uniform concentration of the chemical solution. The coefficient of variation of the chemical concentration shall not be greater than (ie, less than) 25%. The agitator should also be able to keep the agitation operation while the sprayer stops supplying liquid to the working device.
3.0.12 PTO matching should be reasonable, firm connection, reliable sealing, flexible hanging gear, and it must not be automatically disengaged or stuck.
3.0.13 Fans: Air-fed hydraulic spray fans shall have sufficient static pressure and dynamic pressure as large as possible. Fan wheel impeller and other major rotating parts need to be corrected for balance.
3.0.14 The operating device of the spray truck shall comply with the relevant provisions in QC/T29114-93 "Technical Conditions for Sprinkler Trucks".
3.0.15 The spraying vehicle with movable dust-removing and disinfecting device is allowed to rotate within 360° or freely adjust within 45° up and down according to the structural form while maintaining the working range and spray height.
3.0.16 The spray nozzle of the sprayer shall meet the relevant requirements in GB5135-85 "Performance Requirements and Test Methods for Sprinkler Systems of Automatic Sprinkler Systems".
Chapter IV Operation 4.0.1 The technical performance of the spraying vehicle in use shall comply with the relevant requirements of the above 3 technical requirements. When the performance does not meet the requirements, it should be repaired and modified. Make all parts, components, and assemblies meet the requirements before putting them into practice.
4.0.2 Fuel oil, lubricating oil and tire pressure shall comply with the relevant technical conditions.
4.0.3 Operate according to the requirements of the machine instructions, and be equipped with a responsible and responsible operator.
4.0.4 The liquid tank can be filled with liquid or water as required to spray, disinfest, disinfect or sprinkling water. The hand wear should comply with legal requirements such as anti-virus and noise reduction maintained by the labor to ensure the operator (Operator) physical and mental health.

4.0.6 Operating personnel must strictly abide by the operating procedures and must not violate regulations.
4.0.7 When a fault is found during work, it shall be immediately stopped for inspection and repair. No faulty work is allowed.
4.0.8 In case of a fatal failure such as engine burnout, frame arm breakage, brake failure that seriously endangers or causes personal injury or serious damage to the main assembly or main components, the work must be stopped immediately. Park the scene, waiting for the leadership and related personnel to deal with the situation.
4.0.9 When major performance degradation occurs, energy consumption rises, drive shaft is damaged, the engine discharge exceeds the standard, the leakage is serious, and the mixing performance is poor, such as serious or general failure, the operator should make a simple repair in time, and can continue after troubleshooting. Short-term work until the medicine tank is exhausted or a temporary paragraph of the work object. When it is not completely repaired, it is forbidden to continue to use it again.
4.0.10 The clutch is not completely separated due to the stroke change, mild oil leakage, loose bolts, etc. are minor faults. Chapter V Maintenance and Repair 5.0.1 According to the machine manufacturer's manual specified by the product manufacturer, it shall be maintained properly.
5.0.2 During maintenance, spray pump and sprinkler pump are strictly prohibited from idling for a long time without water. For longer periods of idling, a small amount of water should be injected into the pump.
5.0.3 In the cold regions of northern China, after each use, the liquid remaining in the pump and pipeline should be drained to prevent freezing of parts.
5.0.4 troubleshooting methods for maintenance and repair are shown in Table 4:
5.0.5 When air leakage occurs in the pneumatic system of the sprinkler air-operated system and it cannot be eliminated in time, the copper pipe joint from the air reservoir of the vehicle can be unscrewed to cut off the air path of the control system. 5.0.6 The basic performance of the sprayer after maintenance is to comply with the requirements in Table 5 below.
Chapter 6. Storage 6.0.1 When long-term decommissioning, fuel and water should be drained.
6.0.2 The machine should be parked in a place with ventilation, moisture, sun protection and fire-fighting facilities.
6.0.3 When used after parking for more than one month, it shall be inspected, maintained and maintained strictly in accordance with the instructions for use before use.
