I just got some updated photos of the new fire engine that E-ONE is building for Bolingbrook. It’s really exciting to see the progress they’re making on this project! The attention to detail and craftsmanship is impressive, as always with E-ONE vehicles.
Here’s one of the latest photos I captured. You can really see how they’re putting together all the components. The build quality looks fantastic, and it’s clear they’re focused on delivering a top-of-the-line vehicle for the Bolingbrook Fire Department.

There are a few more shots I took as well. This next photo gives a great view of the engine bay, where they’re assembling the powertrain. They’ve got all the hoses and electrical work going in now, which is such a critical part of the process.

I also snapped a picture from the rear to show how they’re setting up the water pump and tank system. It’s fascinating to watch them integrate everything while ensuring everything meets safety standards.

E-ONE always does an amazing job with their builds, and it’s clear they’re not cutting any corners here. These photos really don’t do justice to the scale and complexity of the vehicle, but they give you a good idea of what’s happening behind the scenes.
The final product is going to be something the Bolingbrook firefighters can rely on for years to come. I’m looking forward to seeing the finished vehicle in action—it’s definitely going to make a statement!
