At 10 o'clock on the morning of October 18, in the assembly workshop of Jixi Coal Mine Machinery Co., Ltd., a powerful machine roared to life. Two massive drums of the shearer began to turn slowly, marking a significant milestone in coal mining technology. This advanced electric traction shearer, equipped with the world's most sophisticated power systems, control mechanisms, and detection capabilities, was successfully tested in Jixi City.
Developed independently by Jixi Coal Mine Machinery after over a year of research and development, this cutting-edge machine can process up to 20,000 tons of coal per day. It represents a major leap forward in mining technology, achieving four key breakthroughs: the highest installed power, automatic memory adjustment for coal seam height, remote monitoring, and three-level linkage across the mining face.
The machine is not only a technological achievement but also a symbol of China's growing influence in the global coal mining industry. It will be shipped to Beijing on October 19th to participate in the 11th China International Coal Mining Technology Exchange and Equipment Exhibition, where it will be showcased to industry experts and potential clients from around the world.
