At present, the company's overall fresh water reuse rate is more than 90%, and some production units even use three or four cycles of water recycling. After the biochemical treatment of coking wastewater, they are all used for boiler dust removal and quenching. In terms of exhaust gas treatment, Shan Jiao has invested nearly 50 million yuan in cumulative total, and has completed exhaust gas recovery projects such as tar exhaust gas recovery, boiler dust removal, synthetic ammonia recovery, and hydrogen recovery. The company recycles 8 million cubic meters of gas, 1,400 tons of synthetic ammonia, and 14.5 million cubic meters of hydrogen. Meters, economic benefits up to several ten thousand yuan.
In the treatment of solid waste, the company implemented resource utilization and harmless treatment, accumulatively invested more than 800 million yuan to complete the use of fly ash to produce cement, coke project and other governance projects, the annual use of fly ash can produce unburned brick 500 Millions, 20,000 tons of cement, and 50,000 floor tiles with an output value of 5 million yuan. At present, they are investing 180 million yuan to start the construction of a new dry process cement production line with an annual output of 1.5 million tons of cement. When it was fully put into operation in 1984, Shan Jiao was only a small enterprise with low production capacity, low utilization of resources, and high energy consumption. Since 1990, Shanjia has successively invested tens of millions of yuan in the expansion of its chemical fertilizer system, which has enabled its urea production capacity to reach 140,000 tons, and its chemical product category has reached nearly 50 species. In 2001, a 900,000-ton/year coke-oven remodeling project for Shanjiao, which cost RMB 907 million, was fully put into operation. In addition to producing 1 million tons of coke per year, it can also produce tar, sulfur, carbon black, coke toluene, and xylene. And other chemical products. The recovered coke oven gas is used for power generation and can generate 70 million KWh of electricity each year. In 2002, the total investment of 838 million yuan of Shanjiao 300,000 tons / year coal tar processing project broke ground, the project construction of 12 sets of production facilities and public auxiliary facilities, production of 6 series, 33 kinds of products. At the end of September this year, the first phase of the project was officially commissioned. This is the largest single-item equipment processing project of the same type in the country. It can process 300,000 tons of coal tar annually. With the original processing capacity of 50,000 tons, Shan Jiao’s coal tar processing capacity ranks second in the country.
On November 2 this year, the coking 1.5 million tonne/year coke oven expansion project headquarters and the methanol project headquarters were established at the same time, and preparations for construction were started. After the two projects are put into operation at the end of 2006, they can greatly promote the adjustment of the coal industry structure in Shanxi Province and even North China.
