According to the person in charge of Yibin Tianyuan, the technical renovation work is mainly focused on the recycling technology of thermoelectric and steam plants. Due to the long running time of the ion-exchange membrane caustic soda plant in the old plant, the purpose of comprehensive utilization of energy-saving and emission reduction could not be fully achieved. Therefore, Yibin Tianyuan eliminated the original 38,000 tons/year ion membrane device, three 75t/h cyclone pulverized coal boilers, a new 100,000 tons/year ion-exchange membrane caustic soda device, and two 260t/h high-temperature and high-pressure circulating fluidized bed boilers. Set of 50,000-kilowatt generating units to reduce SO2 emissions, comprehensive utilization of residual pressure power generation, comprehensive utilization of energy-saving emission reduction, while phasing out the original backward units.
After the transformation of the plant, the energy saving per ton of caustic soda is about 150 degrees, the electricity can be saved 15 million degrees (1845 tons of standard coal) in the whole year, the annual water saving is 900,000 cubic meters, and the SO2 emission is reduced by 1,000 tons per year.
