In order to meet the customer's demand for small package fertilizers, this year the plant increased investment in technological transformation, decided to install urea small packaging equipment, increase product printing and packaging styles. It is understood that the new packaging line introduced 25 kg of small packaging, can simultaneously pack 25 kg and 40 kg of two kinds of bags, not only to meet the market demand, while improving the packaging accuracy, the quality of each bag packaging error by the 200 grams accurate to ± 50 grams. The new packaging bag adopts 6-color printing, which greatly improves the appearance quality of the product. At the same time, in the process of the transformation of this equipment, the plant also transformed the packaging dust removal system. According to statistics, as of August 10, the plant has completed the trial production of 200 tons of small-scale urea.
