In 2006, China exported a total of 43.01 million tons of steel and 18.51 million tons of imported steel. It has changed its previous status as a net importer of steel and surpassed Japan as the world’s largest exporter of steel. In 2007, China exported 62.643 million tons of steel, an increase of 45.67% over the previous year. The structural adjustment of steel products in China has achieved substantial results. In the composition of export products, high value-added products such as plates and seamless pipes have taken a dominant position.

During the “10th Five-Year Plan” period, with the promotion of the national industrial policy, the pace of joint, merger and asset restructuring of China’s steel industry has been accelerated, and adjustments have been made in the industrial organization structure. The combination, merger and reorganization of enterprises have objectively accelerated the accumulation and concentration of production in China's iron and steel industry, gave birth to a group of large enterprise groups with strong international market competitiveness, and increased the industrial concentration of the steel industry. The regional structure of the steel industry has also changed. Under the influence of the market mechanism, the steel industry has experienced rapid growth in the consumption of steel products, the market has developed, and the development of the iron and steel industry in the southeastern coastal areas where the conditions for the use of imported ores have been accelerated. Description

After filtering and heating, the air enters into the hot air distributor at the top of the centrifugal spray dryer, and the hot air will spirally and evenly goes into the drying chamber. The material liquid via high-speed centrifugal atomizer rotates into extremely thin vaporific liquid globule and parallelly flows with the hot air, and then the liquid will be dried into powdery products in a very short time (5-10 seconds). The waste gas after filtering will be expelled through the fan. For the wet organic solvent materials, the spray drying machine can be designed with closed cycle process. It can utilize cyclic nitrogen to dry the materials.

Application

LPG high-speed centrifugal spray dryer is a kind of dedicated equipment for drying emulsion, suspension, paste and solution. 3. Food Industry
Rich fat milk, cocoa milk powder, milk replacer, pig blood powder and egg white (yolk)
4. Food and Plant
Oat, chicken liquid, coffee, instant tea, flavoring meat, protein, soybean, peanut protein and hydrolysate
5. Carbohydrate
Corn steep liquor, corn starch, glucose, pectin, malt sugar, potassium sorbate and so on

Features of Spray Drying Machine
