At the meeting, technical personnel of the provincial metrology institute of the drafting unit of the regulations performed a one-item interpretation of the revised draft of the “Cold Water Meter†metrological verification protocol and introduced the latest water meter verification technology. The heated discussion on the hotspots and difficulties of the legal management of water meter verification was held.
