It is reported that the acceptance expert group consists of experts from CNOOC Energy Development Co., Ltd. Tianjin Branch and related operation companies and equipment machinery and equipment technical service centers.

At the acceptance meeting, Nanjing International reported on the development of the 16V32/40 inlet, exhaust valve and valve seat localization project, and explained the questions raised by the expert group.

After review by the expert group, it is unanimously concluded that the inlet and exhaust valves produced by Nanjing International have been tested by the installed machine for long-distance running (3000 hours) and on-site inspection. The valve discs of the vulnerable parts are inspected by non-destructive testing, and the valve is tightly sealed. The degree of wear is within the normal range and the external dimensions are acceptable.

The successful acceptance of this test shows that the valve valve products produced by Nanjing International have completely replaced the imported parts, which proves the high quality, stability and reliability of the “Haida” gas valve. This is both an affirmation of the excellent quality of the “Haida” gas valve and also demonstrates the research and development capabilities of Nanjing International as a specialized gas valve manufacturer.
