With the international leading technical indicators, the Shanghai-made super capacitor bus has passed the EU RoHS and CE, UL certification, and exported to Bulgaria and Israel. It is understood that the Shanghai Supercapacitor Bus has been operating in Sofia, Bulgaria for one year and is in good condition. The annual assessment report mentioned that the super-capacitor bus is not “charged overnight” like the lithium-ion new energy vehicle, but “fast-charge sprint”, which is the most suitable new energy bus for European routes. “Usually, the European bus route is about 15 to 20 kilometers in total. After the run, it will be parked at the terminal for about 10 minutes. The super capacitor car can make full use of the 10 minutes to charge, and it can run more than 20 kilometers in one breath.
