Problems existing before a network The existing CNC system is complicated, and the communication protocols (baud rate, data bits, stop bits, parity, start and end characters, etc.) used between the systems are different from the communication cable. The status quo is incompatible with each other; using a laptop to transfer programs, frequent hot plugging is very easy to burn out the machine interface; program transfer requires the programmer and the operator to complete together, very inconvenient; the processing program has to be repeated Deletion and typing, wasting a lot of working time, directly affecting the processing efficiency of CNC machine tools; there are several older machine tools that have not been able to achieve automatic transmission of the computer because they cannot find the corresponding communication data, so they have to type manually. Errors and wasted time; one originally used a dedicated floppy disk drive to transfer the program, but because the floppy disk is easily damaged, the program is often lost and management is inconvenient.
Due to inconvenient transmission, many programs are currently available on the control panel. Due to small memory and misoperation, the program often loses and the management is confusing. Some programs are saved on the computer through transmission, but generally only files can be used. The way of saving clips often takes a lot of time to find programs. It is easy to cause confusion when different versions of programs are saved. The programs on the computer and the process cards, tooling files, tool lists, etc. are stored in isolation. It takes a long time to be confirmed. Their correspondence has caused great trouble to the application; since the machine tool and the computer cannot communicate in real time, there are many programs programmed on the computer that cannot be updated in time after debugging changes on the machine. The computer still stores the old version of the program. The next call is due to the lack of permission to manage the NC program, the program often changes, and the modification cannot be traced.
Editing and editing of the program is generally done on the control panel or in the notebook of the computer. Since there is no dedicated numerical control programming tool, the modified program cannot be compared, simulated and automatically backed up. Frequently, some unexpected errors occur. It was discovered only when the machine was verified.
