2.Descriptions of rubber tiles machine


The machine are maily used to produce rubber tiles, it is convenient to operate, and to increase the production capacity. (press, plate vulcanizer, rubber tile press) 

Temperature control:
heated by electronic resistance. Each heating plate fix a electronic self-regulation instrument.

Temperature should be show and controled by instrument.

Mold:

4 sets of square mold (use to manufacture 500*500mm rubber mat with thickness 15-25mm or 35-50mm) and 4 pcs of under-mold(loading material for preparation).

Machine control:
two workers control by both side of machine. After loading material in mold, machine finish all
process. including auto-releasing air, auto-holding pressure. Follow up pressure, auto-holding
temperature. auto-demoulding.
