Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych stated at the meeting of the Economic Reform Commission held on the 25th that the largest solar power station project in Europe will be launched in Ukraine by the end of the year.

He said: "I believe that we will start many different projects in the near future, including Europe's largest solar power plant. This project will start this year."

He also added that factories that produce solar cells will start production in September this year.
