Yuchai Successfully Developed and Launched China's First Automotive Diesel Engine that Meets Euro VI Standards

On June 29, 2011, China's first Euro VI vehicle diesel engine Yuchai 6L-60 Euro VI prototype made its debut at Yuchai Power Building Plaza, unveiling a new page in the history of China's internal combustion engine development. This is Yuchai’s founding party. The 90th Anniversary and the 60th anniversary of the construction of a factory dedicated to a gift.

The test report shows that the nitrogen oxide (NOx) emission of the Yuchai 6L-60 Euro VI prototype is 307.3mg/kW.h, and the particle emission is 6.5mg/kW.h, which is far below the Euro VI emission limit and is fully in compliance with the Euro VI emission regulations. The EU VI emission regulations are one of the world’s most stringent automobile emission regulations released by the European Union in 2009. They are called the ultimate emission regulations by the industry, and the exhaust emissions of the engines that comply with this regulation are even cleaner than air.

The European Union plans to start implementing it from 2013 and most of the automotive engine companies in Europe are also in the product development stage. The release of China's first Euro VI diesel engine at this time marks Yuchai's ability to independently develop high-efficiency, clean diesel engines in parallel with the development of the world's most advanced diesel combustion core technology.

To this end, Yuchai and Tianjin University’s R&D staff have made unremitting efforts. In only four years, they have overcome several key technical challenges of Euro VI diesel engines, such as two-stage supercharging technology, cooling exhaust gas recirculation technology, low-temperature combustion technology, and DPF-assisted regeneration control strategy. The honored guests called Yuchai's pride and also the pride of the Chinese internal combustion engine industry.

For Yuchai, who is pursuing green development, harmony and mutual benefit, and is determined to be the controller of the largest active pollution source, the success of the Euro VI engine development is just a starting point. In the past 60 years since its establishment, Yuchai has created a number of world's first and China's first high-reliability engine and low-emission technology research and development.

As early as 2006 and 2007, Yuchai was the first in two consecutive years to develop a national 4, 5 engine equivalent to Euro IV and Euro V standards. In 2010, Yuchai took the lead in proposing a low-temperature combustion technology route for medium-strength EGR diesel engines and established an independent and highly efficient clean diesel engine technology strategy. The first batch of China's 5 engines produced by Yuchai was put on the market in batches.

One year later, Yuchai once again walked in the forefront of the industry. This time, the first European-VI diesel engine to fill the blank of China's high-efficiency clean diesel engine, raising the national level of research and development of high-level emission engine technology has become China's engine R & D history Another milestone.

Compared with the current similar products in Europe, Yuchai's Euro VI diesel engine has three major technical highlights:

First, the use of a low-temperature combustion technology route with completely independent intellectual property rights has reduced the requirement for fuel injection pressure. The common rail fuel injection system has a lower injection pressure than the current European counterparts, and has increased the life of core components such as fuel injection systems.

The second is the use of medium-strength cooled exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) technology, through multiple high-pressure common rail fuel injection system control strategy, to achieve efficient and clean combustion, even if the original treatment without the final treatment of the final treatment system has been close to Europe V Emission level

The third is the use of selective reduction of SCR technology and particle filters that can perform auxiliary regeneration. The urea consumption of the post-treatment system is only half that of the National 4 diesel engine, which greatly reduces the cost, facilitates the user, and reduces the construction of the urea adding device. rely.

The breakthrough in engine core technology research will drive the development of Yuchai Engine's full range of products. The core technology with independent intellectual property rights will provide sufficient technical reserves for Yuchai’s full range of product upgrades. Yuchai once again led by technology and attracted global attention.

Mosfet Heatsink

A heat sink is a device that incorporates a fan or another mechanism to reduce the temperature of a hardware component (e.g., processor). There are two heat sink types: active and passive. The picture is an example of a heat sink with both active and passive cooling mechanisms.

Product description:

With our vast experience & knowledge in this field, we are engaged in manufacturing a quality-assured ranges of Heat Sink.
The material used partly determines the extent of thermal conductivity. Copper and aluminum are the most widely used materials, though aluminum is the more common choice because copper is more expensive and heavier. Aluminum 6061 and 6063 are widely used with a thermal resistance of 166 and 201 W / mK, respectively.
