To build an international technology transfer service platform and integrate international technology transfer resources, Sichuan Province recently established an international technology transfer service alliance in Chengdu.

According to reports, the Sichuan International Technology Transfer Service Alliance consists of the Provincial Science and Technology Exchange Center, Chengdu Hi-tech Zone Technology Innovation Service Center, EU Project Innovation Center (Chengdu), Chengdu Wiener Software Co., Sichuan University National Technology Transfer Center, Southwestern University of Finance and Economics 18 organizations including the Law Innovation Center initiated the establishment.

The Alliance aims to provide all-round, in-depth, and individualized technology transfer professional services for all types of innovative entities around international technology transfer, technological innovation and management innovation. At present, the first coalition member units signed the Cooperation Framework Agreement of the Sichuan International Technology Transfer Service Alliance and discussed and adopted the alliance system construction and work plan.
