The average annual output value of high-tech industries has increased by 47%, and the proportion of total industrial output value has increased by 2.17 percentage points annually. A total of 1,660 reconstruction and upgrading projects were implemented, and an investment of 100.8 billion yuan was completed. More than 80% of the major industries' technological equipment reached the domestic advanced level.
