The government requires that at least 70% of any railway project must be manufactured by domestic companies. This is similar to the “Detailed Rules for the Adjustment and Revitalization of the Shipbuilding Industry” proposed by the state in 2009. The “Detailed Rules” require that the satisfaction rate of the domestic market for marine diesel engines be achieved. More than 80%.
