Wuzhong pioneered a large nuclear power processing machine

Through the three-month tender review, Wuzhong's large-scale nuclear power special processing machine tool independently approved by Wuzhong was recognized. Yesterday, Wuzhong and the demand side - Wuguo Group signed a supply contract.

It is reported that this large-scale nuclear power processing machine is the first in China.

Mayor Li Xiansheng attended the meeting to congratulate. Yuan Shanla, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and deputy mayor, pointed out that it is of great significance for the two "wu" prefix large enterprises to cooperate, improve the equipment manufacturing industry chain, and improve the "Wuhan Manufacturing" independent innovation capability.

Wuzhong's winning bidding equipment, called "Nuclear Nuclear Power Processing Special CNC Single Column Moving Vertical Turning and Milling Compound Machine Tool", is a non-standard large-scale special equipment for processing nuclear power generation "heart" - reactor internal components. Previously, such machine tools had to be imported from abroad.

The new equipment developed by Wuzhong adds self-centering inner column and ring table, with a processing height of 9.5 meters and a bearing capacity of 160 tons. It can turn cones, grooves, large-diameter planes and various rotating surfaces in rotation to complete the drilling. , hinge, milling, boring, grinding and other processes. The contract cost is not more than 20 million yuan, about one third of the imported products.

According to reports, Wu Zhong began to pay attention to the direction of domestic energy demand a few years ago, and predicted that the progress of nuclear power plant construction will accelerate. Advance technical reserves, study advanced foreign technology, and achieve major equipment domestically replaced imports.

In addition to signing the first large nuclear power special processing machine tool contract with Wuguo, Wuzhong also won the bid for the nuclear power bed of Dongdian Group.

It is understood that this year the country has formulated plans to build 40 nuclear power plants by 2020. According to relevant industry statistics, this plan means that 200 billion yuan of nuclear power equipment orders will be added.
