3. With PID high-speed 100ms rapid temperature calibration, this device offers energy-efficient performance, consuming significantly less power than similar machines, leading to greater energy savings.
4. The YH soldering iron handle wire uses high-temperature silicone wire that remains undamaged even when in contact with a 300°C soldering tip for 30 seconds. The heating element uses an imported high-power heater, ideal for desoldering large joints and hard-to-reach areas.
5. The high-precision DC-stabilized power supply allows continuous adjustment of output voltage from 0-30V DC and current from 0-5A. It features overload protection for high precision and reliability. It also includes a voltage measurement interface, replacing high-precision digital voltmeters for DC voltage readings.
6. The air gun handle wire also uses high-temperature silicone wire, a silent brushless motor fan, stainless steel tubing, and a cutting-edge ceramic-framed heating core for extremely stable and reliable performance.

PID Programming Information: The core algorithm divides the frequency of measurements, comparisons, and execution into three categories: fast 20ms, high-speed 100ms, and fast 200ms for hot air gun and soldering iron temperature controls. PID is one of the most important parameters for temperature accuracy and stability. The 20ms cycle is the fastest for AC220V 50Hz applications. Cycling at 20ms for each 50Hz half-wave provides precise control over every power supply cycle—industry first! Many high-end YIHUA hot air gun models use 20ms cycles, while the soldering iron temperature calibration is set to high-speed 100ms and fast 200ms cycles due to the temperature sensing location within the ceramic heating core. Taking time for temperature conveyance to the soldering iron tip and back, high-speed 100ms cycles provide optimal control speeds (the majority of existing programmable cycles in the industry only reach 200ms–500ms).
