The two coal-fired energy-saving and cost-reduction measures adopted by the Shanxi Tianze Coal Chemical Group Co., Ltd. chemical plant for boiler blended bleed-off gas and low-fired coal-fired coal have achieved a monthly coal cost reduction of RMB 510,000. In order to explore new ways to reduce the cost of boiler coal, the Tianze Group Chemical Plant implemented the two energy-saving measures of boiler-combustion gas release and anthracite coal-fired gasification in February. Through the track recording and comparative analysis of the main process indicators after the boiler was mixed with bleed gas and low-priced coal, the boiler furnace temperature and flue gas temperature increased, and the steam production increased by about 15.3%. The composition has no obvious change; in terms of electricity consumption, the operating load of major equipment has not changed significantly; in terms of coal consumption, the consumption of tons of steam is reduced by 7 kg, plus the adjustment of boiler coal varieties, the purchase price per ton of coal can be reduced by 300 yuan per month. The cost of coal is saved by 510,000 yuan, and the energy saving cost reduction and efficiency increase result is obvious.
