The total investment of the device is up to 99.98 million yuan. The main device consists of catalyst preparation, polymerization reaction, flash evaporation and drying. The designed capacity of the device is 75kgPP/h, and research work on homopolymerization of propylene, copolymerization of ethylene/propylene, and ethylene/propylene/butene-1 terpolymer can be carried out. According to experts, this device technology has reached the international advanced level.
The polypropylene catalyst and process engineering pilot plant project was approved by the feasibility study report in August 2007 and entered the device construction stage. Under the leadership and organization of the planning and planning department, science and technology management department, and refining and chemical branch companies of the Group Corporation, with the strong support and help of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, the petrochemical institute is in a tight time, heavy tasks, no experience in the construction of similar devices, and boundary conditions.
