2. The inner diameter of the pressure-inducing pipe is related to the length of the pipe and the degree of dirt in the medium. Usually, the pipe with an inner diameter of 8-12 mm is used within 45 meters.
3. If you need to install the valve before or after the orifice flowmeter, it is better to select the gate valve and fully open it in operation; the regulating valve should be in the pipeline after the downstream 5DN.
4. The pressure-induction piping shall have firm support brackets, and the two pressure-receiving piping shall be as close as possible to each other and away from the heat source or vibration source. When measuring the flow of water vapor, heat insulation materials shall be used to wrap them together. When necessary (such as temperature below 0°C) ) Plus heat pipe to prevent icing. When measuring dirty flow, an isolator or settler should be attached.

5. The single-phase fluid must always be maintained in the pressure-inducing line. When the fluid to be measured is a gas, all the pressure-inducing lines (including the pressure chamber of the differential pressure gauge) are gas phase; when the fluid to be measured is a liquid, all the pressure-inducing lines are in the liquid phase and absolutely cannot have bubbles. To do this, install the drain valve at the lowest point of the pressure-inducing line or the exhaust valve at the highest point. Pay special attention when installing or repairing the differential pressure transmitter.

6. When measuring the liquid flow, the horizontal section of the pressure pipe should be in the same horizontal plane. If the throttling element is installed on the vertical pipe, the short distance between the short pressure pipes (in the direction of the vertical line) will affect the zero point of the differential pressure transmitter and should be corrected by “zero point migration”.
Second, the orifice plate flowmeter inspection before installation:

Before the orifice flowmeter is installed, it should be carefully checked whether the standard orifice plate number, position number, and specification are in line with the conditions of the pipeline, flow range, and other parameters. Note that the end marked with "+" near the pressure tap should be connected with the upstream pipe section, and the end marked with "-" should be connected with the downstream pipe section of the fluid. For a newly installed pipeline system, the standard orifice plate must be installed after the sweep line to prevent the clogging of the pipe or damage the standard aperture plate, which leads to a decrease in the measurement accuracy. The centerline of the standard orifice plate should be coaxial with the centerline of the pipe.
