Updated with more photos at 11:45 PM Oak Lawn firefighters responded to a 2-11 fire at a strip mall on 95th Street late this afternoon. Hank Sajovic was on the scene within minutes and captured some powerful images showing the early stages of the fire before crews were able to bring water to the front. The photos show firefighters working in the rear of Eva’s Bridal Shop, where the fire was first discovered, and then the rapid spread of heavy smoke and flames through the front of the building as the fire moved into the adjacent Radio Shack.
