- CO2 laser machine: 60% deposit, and full payment before delivery. (Negotiable)
4. **Delivery Time:** 7 days after payment.

**After-sales Service:**
There are three options available for installation and training:
- **Option A:** We provide an English user manual and training video, along with technical support via email, fax, phone, or instant messaging.
- **Option B:** You can visit our factory in China for hands-on training (3–5 days). We offer all necessary equipment and facilities.
- **Option C:** Our engineer will travel to your site for on-site training (7 days). You are responsible for visa, travel, and accommodation costs. A translator is recommended during the session.

- In China: All installation, training, and maintenance costs are covered by our company.

**Warranty and Support**
The warranty period is 12 months from the date of arrival at the destination port. During this time, we will provide free replacement parts for any damage not caused by human error. Please send the damaged part to us at your own expense, and we will return the replacement. After the warranty period, repair parts will be available at cost.
