On March 1st, Henrik Andersen officially joined the Haihong Senior Group and will replace the current CEO, Mr. Pierre-Yves Jullien, as the new CEO of the group next month.

Mr. Henrik Andersen's priority is to ensure that the Haihong Senior Group achieves its strategic goal of “being ahead of excellence” in 2020. This strategy aims to further enhance Haihong's market position as the world's leading paint supplier.

Mr. Henrik Andersen is also full of expectations for the new position. “I am very grateful to Haihong’s board of directors. It is a great honour for me to lead an iconic century-old company. At the same time, being the successor of Pierre-Yves Jullien is also a challenge for me because Pierre-Yves Mr. Jullien’s great dedication and dedication have led Haihong’s elderly to become a global industry leader,” said Mr. Henrik Andersen.

It is reported that Mr. Henrik Andersen has worked at ISS and is the world's largest integrated facilities service group with more than 500,000 employees. Mr. Henrik Andersen joined ISS in 2000 and became a member of the ISS Executive Committee in 2011. After serving as Chief Financial Officer, he was appointed Group Chief Operating Officer in 2013. Mr. Henrik Andersen has worked in the UK for 7 years and his most recent position is ISS UK CEO, leading 43,000 employees. He holds a Master of Laws degree from Aarhus University and a Diploma in International Finance from the University of Aarhus School of Business Administration. Mr. Henrik Andersen is also a non-executive board member of Vestas.

Mr. Pierre-Yves Jullien's term of office will expire on March 29, 2016, and will be formally taken over by Mr. Henrik Andersen. During this time, Mr. Henrik Andersen will focus on the company and business.
