1. 3. When the Hefei swing gate control board is powered on, the 24V DC power supply of the power board cannot be directly plugged in. The correct procedure is: when the power board has no output voltage, that is, when the 220V AC is off, the pendulum gate control is inserted. All connection lines (sensor connection lines, electromagnets, motor connection lines, etc.) are finally powered directly by the 220V AC power switch, and the swing gate control board is powered on. Do not unplug the 24V power strip directly when turning off the gate.
4. After the initial angle and speed value of the swing gate is set for the Hefei bridge-type swing gate, if it is a double swing gate, after the unilateral swing gate is debugged, the two swing gates will be debugged in on-line operation mode if the two gates are switched on. The machine speed is obviously different. You can use the debugging software to properly adjust the parameters such as the speed of the swing gate, and try to achieve the effect of synchronous operation.
5. After setting the angle and speed value of Hefei intelligent swing gate, the swipe test will determine whether there is any error in the swing gate motor: A opens the door to the swipe card, and the swinging gate of the swing gate host should rotate counterclockwise, indicating that the motor steering is correct.
