Introduction of Spiral Chute

Working Principle of Spiral Chute

To operate the spiral chute, first, position it vertically and secure it with an iron frame or wooden structure. Then, feed the ore into the top of the spiral using a sand pump, add water to adjust the slurry concentration, and let the slurry flow down the spiral. As it moves, the centrifugal force created by the swirling motion separates the heavier minerals from the lighter ones. The concentrated minerals are collected in a bucket, while the tailings are drained through a pipeline into a settling pond, completing the entire beneficiation process.
