**Double Heads Steel Tube Bender – Usage and Features:**
This machine is designed to produce a wide range of bent tubes, including furniture tubes, sports equipment tubes, air conditioning tubes, automotive tubes, and more. It features an advanced control system with imported PLC logic and a three-phase electrical control box, allowing for precise speed adjustment through a transducer.
Equipped with a 10.4-inch color touch screen from Taiwan, the system offers an intuitive interface with multiple controllable functions, making it easy to operate. The machine supports automatic memory, data storage, and alarm systems for enhanced efficiency and safety.
It is fitted with the latest CNC digital control system and SMS synchronized bending technology, ensuring high precision and consistent results. The automatic counting system displays the number of finished products directly on the panel, while the precision worm gear and worm drive system, controlled by a separate servo motor, ensures smooth feeding, rotation, and bending.
The frame is constructed using a tower structure made from high-strength square steel pipes and plates, providing excellent stability and durability.
