Among them, three-dimensional structures are crucial for the fabrication of three-dimensional circuits and optoelectronic devices. However, the traditional assembly method is difficult to realize a self-supporting three-dimensional suspension structure, and the applicable materials are very limited. Therefore, it is of great significance for the development of new optoelectronic devices to study the simple and universal three-dimensional microstructure method.

This kind of three-dimensional micro-nano structure assembled by droplet spontaneous formation provides a new idea for the development of new stereoscopic optoelectronic devices.
