According to the regulations, ports, docks, loading and unloading stations and units engaged in shipbuilding operations should be equipped with appropriate pollution monitoring facilities and pollutant receiving facilities in accordance with relevant national standards. Ports, docks, loading and unloading stations, and other units engaged in shipbuilding, salvage, dismantling, and other related activities shall be equipped with appropriate pollution control equipment and equipment in accordance with relevant national standards.
