The regulations state that if a ship’s structure violates these provisions and the ship’s structure does not comply with the State’s regulations for the inspection of vessels polluting the marine environment or requirements of relevant international treaties, the maritime administrative agency shall impose a fine of between 100,000 yuan and 300,000 yuan.

According to the regulations, ships, ports, terminals, and loading and unloading stations are not equipped with pollution prevention facilities, equipment, and equipment, and if any of the following circumstances occurs, the maritime administrative agency shall give a warning or impose a fine of 20,000 yuan up to 100,000 yuan: The amount of pollution prevention facilities, equipment, and equipment cannot meet the requirements of laws, administrative regulations, rules, relevant standards, and the international treaties concluded or acceded to by China; the technical performance of the facilities for preventing and controlling pollution, equipment, and equipment cannot meet laws, administrative regulations, and regulations. According to the regulations, if a ship does not hold certificates or documents to prevent ships from polluting the marine environment, it shall be warned by the maritime administrative agency or be imposed a fine of not more than 20,000 yuan; if the ship discharges pollutants prohibited from discharge under this Regulation to the sea, it shall be managed by maritime affairs.
