1. Maintenance before working
(1)Please fasten the spares connection before working.
(2)Please check the cutting table spares before working.
(3)Please check the cutting blades before working, adjust or change the blade if you have any requirement
(4)Please check the V-belt and chain, adjust or change it if you have any requirement.
(5)Please check the diesel engine, gearbox oil and add the lubricating oil on time. 
(6)Start the diesel engine and confirm each part working is good.
2, Maintenance after working
(1)Please clean the mud and grass on the machine especially the diesel engine.
(2)Please check the each spare part connection is good
(3)Please check the fast wear spare part, adjust or change them if there is any requirement.
(4)Please add lubricating oil on the cutting part and the transmission chain after you clean the mud and grass.
(5)Please clean the air filter of diesel engine each working day after the harvesting.
