This granulator machine is primarily used to produce pellets from waste plastics such as PET bottles, TPU, PS, ABS, and other hard plastics in factories.
The processing capacity ranges from 100kg/h to 500kg/h.
This granulating line mainly consists of:
1. Belt conveyor: feeds clean films or bags into the cutting compactor.
2. Metal detector: checks for metal presence in materials, protecting blades and screws.
3. Cutting compactor:: cuts materials again, shrinking them and forcing them into the extruder. For the same capacity, power consumption is only 50% of an agglomerator.
4. Single screw extruder: plasticizes materials and expels gas; it is generally made of 38CrMoAlA.
5. Hydraulic screen changer: filters impurities, improving granule quality.
6. Water ring Pelletizer:Â includes mold and pelleting blades; both vertical and horizontal types are available.
7. Water cooling tank: uses circulating water to cool granules immediately after pellet cutting.
8. Vibration screen: filters out non-standard pellets, ensuring uniform quality.
