This corrugated pipe production line is designed to manufacture single-wall or one-wall corrugated pipes made from PE, PP, PVC, EVA, and even PA materials continuously. These pipes are widely used in various industries such as automotive wiring, electrical conduit systems, machine tool circuits, lamp wire protection, air conditioner tubes, washing machine connections, and more.
The plastic single-wall corrugated pipes offer excellent characteristics such as high heat resistance, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, high strength, and good flexibility. Our company's production line uses gears to drive molds and templates, enabling both water cooling and air cooling for the products. This ensures high-speed molding, uniform corrugation, and smooth inner and outer surfaces of the pipes.
These corrugated pipes are especially suitable for high-end car wiring, electrical conduits, washing machines, air conditioners, and lighting applications.

**Trade Terms:**
- **Payment Term:** 30% prepayment via T/T, 70% balance via T/T, or L/C is acceptable.
- **Delivery Time:** 40 days after receipt of the prepayment.
- **Packing Method:** Plastic film or wooden case.
- **Guarantee Period:** 12 months.
**Machine Running Test and After Sales Service:**
Once the machine is completed, we invite the client to our factory to inspect and test the machine. If everything is satisfactory, the client will pay the remaining balance and check the loading into the container.
Upon delivery, if required, we can send 1–2 engineers to the client’s factory to install and run the machine, and also train local workers on operation and maintenance. This service is chargeable.
