All types of ore, apatite disseminated particle size ranging typically between 0.2 ~ 0.04mm. The ore content generally has a moisture content of about 6%. The natural repose angle of ore varies with grain size, moisture content and ore type, generally 45°~60°; the natural rest angle of ore containing high muddy water is about 80°. The ore density is 2.8 t/m 3 and the bulk density is 1.6 t/m 3 . Because the ore is subject to different degrees of weathering and leaching, the Platts hardness is mostly 4-6. (3) The technical improvement since the plant was put into production has the following aspects: the original design of the crushing process is a three-stage open circuit, and the muddy plugging is changed to a two-stage open circuit; the improvement of the medium crusher cone causes the parallel zone of the crushing cavity to grow by 80 mm. The particle size of the crushed product is reduced from 65mm to less than 50mm, the ball mill combined feeder is eliminated, and the inclination of the classifier installation is increased to 19°, so that the grinding grade reduces the power consumption and steel consumption; the flotation inhibitor is changed from starch to water. Glass; the collector is changed from soybean oil fatty acid to crude sulphated soap; the normal temperature flotation is changed to the slurry heating flotation; the low concentration flotation is changed to the high concentration flotation; the concentrate dehydration is replaced by the outer filter to the internal filter . As a result of the above improvements, the water and electricity consumption indicators of the plant are the lowest compared with the black, nonferrous and chemical industries.
