Q1: Does the machine have any controls to ensure side wall of the bottle to be even?
A1: Our machine uses creative design--continous heating structure to make sure each preform accepts full uniform heating, so each bottle comes out in even and good shape.

Q2: Would you send the testing samples?
A2: Sure. We will send the testing video and ship the samples to you.

Q3: When can I expect to receive my machine?  
A3: After received the down payment and confirmed mold drawing around 60 working days.

Q4: Could you send a technician to install and adjust the machine?
A4: No problem. When your factory finish preparation(water and electricity connected ect.), you can invite our technician to go abroad to adjust the machine, and he will train your employees until they can operate the machine well.

Q5: How do you pack my machine?
A5: With standard wooden box or steel pallet.

Q6: What's the warranty of the machine?
A6: One year warranty.

Q7: Can I get some spare parts?
A7: Yes. We can supply some sapre parts to you for future use.

Q8: Where is your factory in China?
