This forming machine is the most practical equipment for producing transformers of wave-shape oil tank in transformer industries. This corrugated fin forming machine is mainly composed of decoiler and forming machine. This forming machine can produce different sizes of corrugated fins from steel coils. The computer unit in the machine can perform the processes of shearing, forming and edge folding at one stroke according to data input.

• Decoiler: mechanical expansion, passive, capacity 5T.

• Main forming unit: hydraulic driven, automatic forming.
• Shearing device: hydraulic driven to cut formed fins.
•  Run-out table: manual, 1.5m long.
•   PLC control system: PLC is SIEMENS, touch screen, electric components are Schneider brand
