The Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs issued the announcement No. 63 of 2010 on September 29. From November 1 this year, polysilicon waste and scrap containing no less than 99.99% silicon will contain no less than 99.98% silicon. Polycrystalline silicon and other 44 tens of commodity codes were added to the list of prohibited categories of processing trade. According to the announcement, the management of prohibited commodities in the processing trade category is still subject to the "Regulations of the Ministry of Commerce and the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China on No. 37 Announcement 2009" and the current relevant regulations.
