The filter material is stainless steel woven mesh and stainless steel punching hole mesh, suitable for the preceding stage dewatering in heavy oil combustion systems, and can also be used for chemical liquid filtration with a precision of 100 um.

OMF VACUUM PUMP OUTLET OIL MIST FILTER
Our company has developed the OMF series outlet oil mist filter for rotary piston vacuum pumps and rotary vane vacuum pumps. These filters effectively remove oil mist discharged by vacuum pumps, significantly reducing environmental pollution and oil consumption. The OMF oil mist filters feature bypass valves and exhaust pressure displays. If the exhaust pressure becomes too high, the bypass valve will automatically open to reduce pressure. Compared to general oil mist filters, the OMF series is more secure and reliable. The outer layer of the filter core includes removable cloth for replacement or washing when it becomes dirty, greatly extending the life of the filter core.

DESCRIPTIONS
The DDCY-Q series vacuum pressure solenoid valve is installed on a dedicated mechanical vacuum pump. Positioned at the inlet of the mechanical vacuum pump, it synchronizes the opening and closing of the pump.

When the pump stops operating or there's a sudden power interruption, the valve can automatically close using atmospheric pressure and the vacuum valve plate, maintaining the vacuum system. Air fills the pump chamber through the orifice valve to prevent contamination of the vacuum pump oil from the counterflow system.

Applicable media: air and non-corrosive gases.
