The project involves standards and metrology research in various fields such as vehicle energy, satellite positioning, vehicle operating conditions, and mobile communications. The Institute of Energy and Energy, Beijing University of Technology, China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation, China Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd., etc. Units participate in the research work of the project.

Experts at the conference unanimously agreed that the research results should be promoted and applied in the transportation field as soon as possible to provide support for the improvement of the quality of on-board energy consumption measurement equipment for operating vehicles and for the promotion of testing and certification of on-board measurement equipment.
